  1. Is HitBTC subject to financial regulations?

    HitBTC is subject to financial regulation and fully complies with all the rules it is subject to. All users must therefore follow certain rules.

  2. How is my bank account associated with my HitBTC account?

    If your first operation on HitBTC with fiat currency was a deposit, the bank account number you used in this deposit becomes linked with your HitBTC account and cannot be changed. This implies that ANY future deposits or withdrawals must be made to and from this account ONLY. If your first operation on HitBTC with fiat currency was a withdrawal, the bank account number you used in this withdrawal becomes linked with your HitBTC account and cannot be changed. This implies that ANY future deposits or withdrawals must be made to and from this account ONLY.

  3. Can I use multiple bank accounts for deposit/withdrawal operations?

    You can use multiple bank accounts associated with your HitBTC account.

  4. How can I increase my deposit/withdrawal limits?

    Your account is subject to certain limits that can only be increased by upgrading your verification status — please see the "Verification levels" section for more information.

  5. Can I obtain privileged conditions?

    Under special circumstances you may be exempt from strict linkage of bank account, used for the first operation. To obtain such an exemption you will have to contact our customer service and explain why you need such a waiver. Your request will be reviewed and a decision will be communicated to you within 7 business days. Deposit/withdrawal limits are strict according to section "Verification levels" and no individual or business will be exempt under any circumstances.
